  • While walk-ins are welcome but availability is not guaranteed.

     

    To avoid waiting, we highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

  • You can book via phone, through our website, or using our online booking system.

  • We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations.

    Please note that no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee. For full details, please refer to our Cancellation & No-Show Policy.

  • Your session time starts when you enter the treatment room and ends when you leave.

    Your therapist will guide you into the room, and allow time for you to undress before beginning hands-on treatment. Before the session concludes, you'll also have time to get dressed. This approach ensures that your session is both respectful of your time and comfortably paced.

  • Pressure is always customized to your comfort level — just let your therapist know your preferences.

  • Yes, it’s completely safe. Let us know if you need any adjustments for comfort.

  • We accept both cash and credit cards.

  • Absolutely! We offer child-friendly massage services and welcome families.

  • We don’t have showers, but a clean and comfortable waiting area is available.
