At Mudit Retreat, we value your time, and we hope you value ours as well. Our treatments are personalized and scheduled to create a calm, dedicated space just for you. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation guidelines below.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us the opportunity to offer the session to another client in need.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the service fee.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations, will be charged 100% of the service fee. However, repeated no-shows or late changes may affect your ability to book future appointments.

If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled time, but the session may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next client.

To avoid any charges, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule through our booking system, by phone, or by email.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, that’s why we offer a one-time courtesy pass for your First late cancellation (within 24 hours) or no-show.

Our services are offered by licensed Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) and follow the standards outlined by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. If you are under medical supervision, pregnant, or have any specific health concerns, please consult your healthcare provider prior to your appointment.

By booking with Mudit Retreat, you acknowledge that all treatments are provided in a professional, therapeutic manner. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session.
