Cancellation Policy

At Mudit Retreat, we value your time, and we hope you value ours as well. Our treatments are personalized and scheduled to create a calm, dedicated space just for you. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation guidelines below:

CANCELLATION POLICY

We encourage guests to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. This allows us enough time to offer the session to other clients in need.
We do not currently charge a fee for no-shows or last-minute cancellations. However, repeated no-shows or late changes may affect your ability to book future appointments.
If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled time, but the session may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next client.
You can cancel or reschedule through our booking system, by phone, or by email.

A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Our services are offered by licensed Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) and follow the standards outlined by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. If you are under medical supervision, pregnant, or have any specific health concerns, please consult your healthcare provider prior to your appointment.
By booking with Mudit Retreat, you acknowledge that all treatments are provided in a professional, therapeutic manner. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session.
All client information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with privacy and health regulations.
